Important Information
- The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day you (or a nominated third party, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
- To beat the deadline, it's enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14 days are up.
- You cover the direct cost of returning the goods, unless stated otherwise.
- You're only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what's needed to check the goods' nature, characteristics and function.
- Refunds go back via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
